* We are a self check in facility, keys will be provided prior to arrival.
* We do not provide housekeeping service. All Units are self contained with washer, dryer, stove, fridge,
microwave, along with dishes, bedding and towels etc.
* Check in time NO EARLIER than 4pm and checkout time NO LATER than 10am.
* No smoking..............due to our forested surroundings, our liability policy prohibits this.
* 50% deposit due upon reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
* $100 will be charged if cancellation occurs 60 days prior to arrival (Deposit less $100 will be refunded).
* Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
* No pets.
* 3 day minimum stay required - add 10% tax to total billing.
* We regret there are no refunds for late arrival or early departures.
